Is buying tobacco online actually legal?
Yes, it is. Additionally, all the items we sell are genuine, trademarked, and straight from the manufacturer. We follow all Australian health regulations and standards, and only sell to buyers over 18 years.

What are the minimum or maximum limits cigarette, cigar or tobacco purchases?
Minimum order is four cartons. There is no maximum purchase amount as long we have enough stock.

If I get my order, should I pay any further duties or taxes?
All orders are sent from Melbourne. So, there is no risk to pay any further taxes or duties at all. Please note that we post orders only within Australia.

I run tobacco shop, and just wonder whether your products for resale?
We can't supply shops with cigarettes as sometimes we run out of cheap cigarettes. If we find same customer purchases a lot of orders in a short of period; such maximum order may apply per address. If we run out of stock, we will send orders only to existing customers till we get back more stock.

Is there any other online websites that sell Cigarettes to Australian Customers?
We are the only Australian online store that sells cigarettes within Australia. You may find other sites which send orders from overseas. They offer bit cheaper prices, but shipping takes ages, and you will need to pay duties when your order arrives. So, you will save much money and time if you buy from us.

How to order and what payment methods do you accept? Can I pick up my order?
We accept Net Banking Transfer or Direct Deposit to our CBA business account. We dont have a Pick-Up service.

How long does it take to receive an order?
We send orders via Express Service. Customers from Victoria receive orders within 1 - 5 business days, and Customers from other states receive orders within 2- 5 business days.

What do you charge for tobacco shipments?
We ship all shisha tobacco and cigarettes cartons for FREE via Australia Post Express service.
